The month's top sale was 84 Railroad Ave Pcl 2 at $1.4 million, sold by Giovanni Cassano to Stephen M. Calzini. Railroad Avenue saw the most activity of any street, with three transfers. Seven of the 13 deeds appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, none of which have a recorded price yet. The remaining eight prices, including 327 Main St, had not yet reached the registry's data as of this report.
