Rowley Home Sales Span $257,000 to $1.225 Million as Fifteen Deeds Record
Rowley recorded 15 property transfers between July 24 and August 22. Ten sales disclosed a price, ranging from $257,000 to $1,225,000, with a median of $817,000. The top sale was 23 Oak Ledge Circle Lot 22, which sold for $1,225,000 on Aug. 3 from Eric J. Hanscom to Ishtvan McGee. Three streets, Farnham Road, Heritage Way and Haverhill Street, each saw two transactions. Four of the five undisclosed-price sales were transfers into a trust bearing the same family name. The data shows a mix of single-family and condominium unit sales but does not include inventory or time-on-market figures to characterize overall market conditions.
