Rowley home sales range from $561,000 to $970,000 in late summer deed filings

Fifteen properties changed hands in Rowley from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5, according to Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds records. Nine sales disclosed a price, ranging from $561,000 to $970,000, with a median of $791,000. The period's top sale was 55 Wilson Pond Lane, which sold for $970,000 on Aug. 17. The data shows a mix of disclosed and undisclosed transactions with no basis for comparison to prior periods.
