Rowley August Home Sales Cluster Near $755,000 as 13 Deeds Record
Rowley recorded 13 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29. Eight sales disclosed a price, ranging from $257,000 to $1,225,000, with a median of $754,950. The period's top transaction was 23 Oak Ledge Circle Lot 22, which sold for $1,225,000 on Aug. 3 from Eric J. Hanscom to Ishtvan McGee. Farnham Road, Heritage Way and Haverhill Street each saw two sales. Five transfers listed no sale price, four of them involving the same individual as both seller and buyer-as-trustee. Disclosed prices clustered between $500,000 and $1 million, with single sales above and below that range.
