14 Rowley properties change hands in late-summer deed filings
Fourteen Rowley property deeds were recorded between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, eight with a disclosed sale price ranging from $340,000 to $1,065,000 and a median of $796,000. The top sale was 12 Merrifields St. Lot 6A at $1,065,000, followed by 55 Wilson Pond Lane at $970,000. Wethersfield Street, Main Street and Heritage Way each recorded two transfers. Several undisclosed-price transfers moved property into same-surname trusts. With disclosed prices spanning under $500,000 to over $1 million and six sales lacking a stated price, the data shows a spread of activity across price tiers rather than a market concentrated at one end.
